LEGAL UPDATE - 30-DAY PAY DEMANDS EXTENDED - GOVERNOR EXECUTIVE ORDER

Update that yesterday Governor Jared Polis issued an executive order D 2021 105 which provides a fourteen (14) day extension on his order that requires 30-Day payment demands/cure period for residential tenants – which takes us to June 2, 2021 when we likely will go back to 10-day demands and with the CDC and CFBP orders to expire at the end of June, 2021.
