October, ICOR created its inaugural Advisory Board consisting of fifteen individual and business members to help shape and guide ICOR into the future.
2022
June, ICOR received the 2022 Innovation Award for the creation of "Colorado Real Estate Concierge." This allowed members face to face virtual access with ICOR staff to provide consultation and recommendations for all things real estate

June, ICOR received the 2021 Innovation Award

January, ICOR introduced the TrueNorth Planner the revolutionized how Colorado Investors got started in real estate investing to escalate the pace and probability of success
July, ICOR introduced the ICOR School, and online learning tool geared at help reach investors where they are to supplement their level of real estate education, focus on their investment strategy, and reach their primary objective

June, ICOR receive NREIA's Innovation Award for its Conference & Expo where it hosted a Gubinatorial Debate between candidate, Walker Stapelton & now Colorado Governor Jared Polis held in 2018

June, ICOR was awarded the very first “Innovation Award” from the National Real Estate Investors Association at their Mid-Year Leadership Conference
September, ICOR hosted a gubernatorial debate between, now, Governor Polis and candidate Walker Stapleton, moderated by Charles Tassell, Director of Governmental Affairs for the National Real Estate Investors Association
October, ICOR reached over 600 active Investor Members Statewide

January, ICOR expanded into Colorado Springs to operate National REIA’s third Colorado State Chapter to become the State Real Estate Investors Association of Colorado
June, ICOR was awarded its second Real Estate Investors Association of the Year Award from the National Real Estate Investors Association at their Mid-Year Leadership Conference

June, ICOR was awarded its first Real Estate Investors Association of the Year Award from the National Real Estate Investors Association at their Mid-Year Leadership Conference

March, ICOR recruited from National REIA, Troy Miller, who became ICOR’s first full-time Executive Director
September, ICOR reached over 100 active Investor Members
October, ICOR expanded from Northern Colorado into the Denver Metro area to operate National REIA’s second Colorado State Chapter
June, ICOR was awarded its first Real “Award of Excellence: Honor of Merit” in the categories of Community Outreach & Membership Development from the National Real Estate Investors Association at their Mid-Year Leadership Conference
