Members have the opportunity to share properties and rentals they have available or to share what they are looking for in the Haves & Wants portion of the meeting. Each month, we also feature The Deal of Month – a deal closed by a local Real Estate Investor who shares that experience so we can all learn from it. Then, the main feature will take place. Aria's passion for Real Estate began when he purchased his first rental property in 2004 while attending college at Colorado State University. After his first rental purchase, Aria began studying the mechanics of Real Estate investing which led to the purchase of his first Fix & Flip project, which eventually led to his second & then third. The success of those initial projects gave him the momentum he needed to become a licensed Realtor in 2007 & began pursuing a career in Real Estate Investing with an emphasis on Fix & Flips & Buy and Holds.
Today, he currently holds an independant broker's license through Metro Brokers as well as owns/operates a HomeVestors of America "We Buy Ugly Houses" Franchise. He personally has closed on 35M+ in Real Estate, has completed 100+ Fix & Flips & owns a 5M+ Real Estate rental portfolio.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife & dog Milo, hiking along the front range, craft beer & boating.
