No matter what investing strategy you decide upon, six skills are critical to any real estate investor's success. Starting here will give you the opportunity to begin practicing on your way to mastery. This series is taught by both local and national real estate investors, hand-selected based on their individual experience and expertise.

11/4 - – Module #3: Making Offers

The more tools you have in your toolbox, the more you can make better and more offers. Making multiple offers on a deal may not always give you the best offer, but it shows you are flexible and a creative problem solver, which may ultimately strike a chord and build transparency. In this module, we’ll focus on:

  • Getting Started with 3 Offer-Offers
  • Making Offers Scenario 1
  • Making Offers Scenario 2
  • Making Offers Scenario 3

This accelerator will consist of 6 weeks, and each week, we’ll focus on one of the 6 core skills every investor needs. Each week will look like this:

  • Before meeting virtually each week, you’ll have access to a recorded session on the focus of the week to watch and review before meeting
  • On Mondays, you’ll meet with Jennifer Reinhardt, a Colorado and out-of-state Investor, to discuss the topic from a practical perspective, either from Q&A or from a guest expert to sit in the hot seat for an interview and Q&A
