This series is taught by both local and national real estate investors, hand-selected based on their individual experience and expertise.

They say, “Know your numbers!” But what exactly does that mean? We believe that investors should be able to in fifteen minutes or less walk a property to understand the work to be done, a rough idea of material cost, and ultimately, what you would offer on the deal based on the state of the project. In this module, we’ll focus on:

• Comps and Location
• Style Condition Recency
• Adjustments
• Mistakes, Rentals, and Examples
• Estimating Repairs

This accelerator will consist of 6 weeks, and each week, we’ll focus on one of the 6 core skills every investor needs. Each week will look like this:

• Before meeting virtually each week, you’ll have access to a recorded session on the focus of the week to watch and review before meeting
• On Mondays, you’ll meet with Jennifer Reinhardt, a Colorado and out-of-state Investor, to discuss the topic from a practical perspective, either from Q&A or from a guest expert to sit in the hot seat for an interview and Q&A
