No matter what investing strategy you decide upon, six skills are critical to any real estate investor's success. Starting here will give you the opportunity to begin practicing on your way to mastery. This series is taught by both local and national real estate investors, hand-selected based on their individual experience and expertise.

As investors, we aim to build, maintain, and keep deals flowing toward us. In this module, we’ll focus on:
- What Is a Marketing Plan?
- Budgets, Systems, and Tactics
- Your Brand and Failing
- What is YOUR Strategy?
- 7 Ways to Find Motivated Sellers
- And then what?!?
This accelerator will consist of 6 weeks, and each week, we’ll focus on one of 6 core skills every investor needs. Each week will look like this:
- Before meeting virtually each week, you’ll have access to a recorded session on the focus of the week to watch and review before meeting
- On Mondays, you’ll meet with Jennifer Reinhardt, a Colorado and out-of-state Investor, to discuss the topic from a practical perspective, either from Q&A or from a guest expert to sit in the hot seat for an interview and Q&A
