Event Details

Active and passive investing are two very different styles, and knowing what kind of investor you are and how much time you have to devote to your investing business are important questions to ask yourself. You might think you are ready to jump right in as an active investor or maybe you think passive investing might be more your speed, but what does this really entail and what do you need to know to be successful at either approach? In this presentation, we’ll delve into the different approaches and discuss the advantages and disadvantages and each. You’ll hear real case studies from SDIRA investors of different active and passive investments so you can decide what approach is right for you.

What You Will Learn in This Class:

  • What are the pros and cons of each investing style?
  • What are the different structuring options – LLCs vs direct IRA investments?
  • How can you use partnering to expand your investment options?
  • Hear real case studies of different investments.
