Training

This training will be broken down into 4 main parts:

  •  Wholesaling
  • Retailing
  • Creative Finance
  •  and Master Leasing
The wholesaling deals are all about putting a deal together under contract and, either selling the contract, or the property or the entity on the contract for quick one time profits. The retailing section is about going one step further and raising capital to both purchase a property and renovate it using OPM (Other Peoples’ Money). The creative finance section is primarily about buying properties you can hold over time to make some cash up front, some monthly passive income and a future equity payday. Then we will walk you through how to use Master Leasing as a way to turn impossible deals, into deals! Plus you can learn to cash flow on deals that no one else can! This training WILL be recorded but will not be sent out after the training.
Our Presenters: 
Michael Jake moved to Colorado from Ohio in 1999 and purchased his first property in 2000. After working in the information Technology field, Michael quit his day job in 2004 to pursue real estate investing full time. In 2005 his wife Lori, quit her job to help Michael build a family-owned business of investing. Michael has gone on to do over 1,000 transactions, as a principal, here in Colorado and build up a rental portfolio of over 130 single family properties at one point, all from creative financing strategies. Today Michael spends a lot of time traveling with his family, investing part time and mentoring and coaching other investors to build cash flow and net worth through real estate investing.

Lindsey Jensen had purchased a lot of Real Estate investing courses between 2003 and 2016. She purchased a few houses but nothing scalable. Then in 2016 she learned about creative deal making and she fell in love. THEN she joined Mike Jake's mentorship and started purchasing several deals a year. Now Lindsey has a $10,000,000 portfolio and is able to spend the time she needs with her 2 kids, husband and friends.
