Market Expert Panel:
David A. Gaspers has focused on transportation planning, transit-oriented development, and walkable urbanism for the past 11 years. He received his Master’s degree in Community and Regional Planning from the University of Nebraska and has managed transportation, transit, and station area plan projects in both Denver and Fort Worth, Texas. David was the project manager for Transit Oriented Denver, the City’s TOD Strategic Plan, and has spoken across the country about how to prioritize and implement TOD. He is currently the project manager for the update to Blueprint Denver, the city’s integrated land use and transportation plan that provides citywide policy direction on growth and development.
Lynn Myers is Senior Vice President of the Denver South Economic Development Partnership (Denver South EDP). The Denver South EDP is an organization of government and business leaders committed to the economic vitality and sustainability of the Denver South region. Prior to joining Denver South EDP in 2007, Lynn served as an Arapahoe County Commissioner for seven years. She is the past chair of the Centennial Airport Board and the E-470 Public Highway Authority Board.
Lynn was recognized nationally as one of the 50 Top Economic Developers of 2014 by Consultants Connects and received the Economic Development Council of Colorado top award in 2015.
Charles is a registered appraiser, licensed Realtor, and a former loan officer. He has invested in Denver real estate for the past 19 years, completing dozens of fix-up projects along the way, and currently manages his own portfolio of properties in metro Denver. His specialty is helping investors buy cash flow properties.
He was a Board Director at Denver Metro Association of Realtors from 2009-2014 and Chair of their Professional Development & Education Committee. Currently, He is the chair of the Education Committee for the commercial broker Colorado/Wyoming Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Chapter.
